  • Add Samples from Manifest with Auto Layout: Now, you can seamlessly add samples directly from your manifest without interrupting your workflow. Click the add icon, select your samples from the labsheet, and use the Auto Layout feature to arrange them on your 96-well or 384-well plate.

    You can choose horizontal or vertical orientations for automatic layout, ensuring precise organization for high-throughput screening, PCR setups, or other key assays. This saves time and ensures consistent plate preparation.

  • Create Replicates or Working Samples with Ease: The Create Replicates feature lets you generate working samples directly from the manifest. Just select the parent sample, set the number of working samples, and specify how much of the parent sample to use. This is ideal for generating consistent aliquots for parallel assays like Western blots, flow cytometry, or other repetitive workflows, ensuring precision and consistency with minimal effort.

    To do that switch to the "Create Replicates" mode, select the parent sample, and specify the number of replicates you'd like to create. Additionally, you can control how much of the parent sample to consume for each working sample.

    • Already archived files: All your previously archived files will appear under the "Archived" tab.

    • Revert archiving: To unarchive something, simply hover over three dots and choose "Unarchive" option.

  • Creating pages inside Labspaces, Folders, and Subfolders:

    • Now, it's possible to create Experiment, Protocol, or Documentation pages inside a Labspace, Folder, or Subfolder by specifying a location path to the desired destination.

    • The location parameter always begins with a Labspace name.

      • For example, to create a page inside a Labspace named TEST_LABSPACE within a Folder named TEST_FOLDER and a Subfolder named TEST_SUBFOLDER, the location path should be provided in the payload as follows: TEST_LABSPACE:TEST_FOLDER:TEST_SUBFOLDER.

    • Labspace, Folder, and Subfolder names are separated by colons (:).

  • Listing Pages inside a Destination:

    • It's now possible to list Experiment, Protocol, or Documentation pages inside a destination using the location parameter as described above.
