The Manifest GUI makes it easy to explore your data visually and track everything that happens at the well level. Whether you’re checking sample labels or reviewing activity history, the interface is designed to give you quick access to the insights you need.

Display Modes

At the top of the manifest, you’ll find a display mode dropdown. This lets you switch between different ways of viewing your samples:

Mode

Description

Sample ID (default)

Shows samples using their unique sample ID.

Descriptor

Displays the descriptor defined in the Labsheet’s descriptor column.

Label

Shows each sample’s label.

Switching modes lets you tailor the view to your workflow—perfect for reviewing samples the way your team needs them.

Well Interaction

Each well behaves just like a row in the Labsheet. Simply hover over a well and click “View Details” to open its information panel. From here, you'll see:

  • Position

  • Item Type

  • Tags

  • Quick access to Sample Details and Well Activity

Sample Details

Inside Sample Details, you’ll find:

  • Label

  • Position

  • Tags

  • All column data pulled directly from the Labsheet

Well Activity

The Well Activity section shows a full history of changes made to the sample. You can filter by time and by the user who made the edits.
