Our redesigned Profile Page is now live, offering clearer navigation and improved control over your personal settings, access, and AI integrations. To get started, click on your profile picture or initials in the bottom left corner and choose My Profile.

Profile Setup

First time users will be invited to complete their Profile Setup, which includes filling out a Profile, Personality Quiz, adding documents to AI Lab Drive, and trying out the AI Agents.

Personality Quiz

Fill out this six question personality quiz to obtain your Scispot Lab Personality Badge.

Profile Information

Your main profile section allows you to manage essential details, including:

  • Updating your profile picture and full name

  • Selecting or changing your user persona

  • Viewing your user role, work email, and company description

Available User Personas:

  • Wet Lab Scientist

  • Dry Lab Scientist

  • Operations & Management

  • C-Level

Important:
Only users with the Dry Lab Scientist persona—or those with Admin or Super Admin roles—can generate API Tokens. Switching away from the Dry Lab Scientist persona will immediately revoke token access.

My AI Lab Drive

You can now upload documents and files directly to the AI Lab Drive from your profile.
These materials enhance your Scispot AI Agents by enabling more accurate, context-aware responses tailored to your workflows and research.

My API Tokens

API Token management has been simplified.
Navigate to the My API Tokens section and select Generate your first token (or generate additional tokens) as needed.

Access Requirements:
API Tokens can be created only by:

  • Super Admin users and admins or

  • Users with the Dry Lab Scientist persona

My Preferences

Configure your personal settings under the My Preferences section.
This includes options such as managing or snoozing AI recommendations.
