Every manifest includes a built-in table with one row per Plate/Box Position, giving you a complete tabular view of the manifest’s contents.

Navigate to the table by clicking on the Table tab.

By default, the table displays:

  • Plate/Box Position

  • Item stored in that position

You can export this table at any time or run a Jupyter script directly on its contents for downstream analysis.

Additional Columns

You can customize the manifest table by adding new columns:

  • Click the + icon on the right side of the table to add columns manually, or

  • Import columns from external data sources using Pluto.

Available Data Sources

1. Labsheet
Import columns directly from a Labsheet.
You can select only from Labsheets that the manifest’s items originated from. Existing items will automatically populate with the appropriate values.

2. Generic Plate Result
Import non–instrument-specific plate result data into the manifest using the Generic Plate Result option.
This allows flexible uploads of plate data that do not follow a particular instrument format.

3. Specific Microplate Readers
Import .csv files generated by supported microplate readers, including:

  • BMG Labtech Clariostar

  • Luminex

  • Soligo
