Retrieve details with barcode scanning:
Scan with camera or barcode scanner gun: Click the "Scan" button in the top right. Here, you can decide whether to scan your barcode with your camera or barcode scanner.
Scan the TRF or sample barcode: Your relevant order or sample details will be displayed in a modal on screen.
Expand these details: Click "View Details" to see order or sample details in-page on the side panel. You can view also details in full-screen by clicking "Open in a new tab".
Edit information instantly:
Navigate to the full-screened view of the Order or Sample details.
Click “Edit”: On the details page, click "Edit" in the top right to update patient or sample details, like name, date of birth, and the number of samples received.
Bulk updates for multiple samples:
For high-volume labs, use the Bulk Update function to adjust accessioning information for multiple samples at once by filtering samples by Order ID or other identifiers.
How can I assign samples to a storage location?
